As Chief Executive Officer of Predactiv since 2018, Dana shapes the company’s strategic vision and corporate strategy, and is recognized for leading organizations through unprecedented levels of growth. Prior to Predactiv, Dana served as Group Vice President of Global Partner Development at Acxiom, where he established key partnerships with premier publishers and led the development of Acxiom’s first addressable TV offering. Dana served as an Executive in Residence at Abundant Venture Partners and held senior leadership roles at Tribune Interactive, Turner Broadcasting, and The Weather Channel. Dana holds a B.A in Communications from DePauw University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Chad Burns
Chief Financial Officer
Chad joined Predactiv as Chief Financial Officer in 2019, overseeing the company’s long-term financial health and business performance. With a diverse background in corporate finance, investment banking, and public accounting, Chad serves as a key advisor to growth-stage technology companies and emerging businesses. Before joining Predactiv, Chad was the CFO of Forensic Logic, and formerly spent over sixteen years in investment banking and M&A consulting at Houlihan Lokey, Duff & Phelps, and KPMG, where he advised both venture-backed and public companies. Chad earned a B.S. in Accountancy from San Diego State University, an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, HaaS School of Business, and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He is also a CPA.
Myha Trieu
Chief People Officer
A longstanding Predactiv executive since 2014, Myha leads Culture, People and Business Operations, Account Management, and Security & Compliance, driving company-wide initiatives that foster growth and a high-performing, inclusive culture. Prior to Predactiv, Myha held senior Human Resources roles at Machine Zone and PubMatic, where she led organizational growth and transformation, scaled teams and improved operations. Myha is known for her strategic mindset, business acumen, and people-first leadership. Myha holds a B.A. in Biology from UC Santa Cruz.
Michael Gorman
Chief Product Officer
Michael has been on Predactiv’s Executive Team since 2019. As Chief Product Officer, Michael drives the company’s product vision, strategy, and AI transformation. With a proven track record of building and scaling innovative products, Michael oversees the evolution of Predactiv’s product suite and AI-powered platform capabilities. Before joining Predicativ, Michael spent eight years at Acxiom, where he built a $100 million business through partnerships with leading media and technology companies. Michael holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Huanjin Chen
Chief Technology Officer
Huanjin, Predactiv’s Chief Technology Officer since 2016, brings vision, ingenuity, and a passion for transformative technology to every aspect of his role. A lifelong innovator, Huanjin has spent decades at the forefront of artificial intelligence—experimenting with neural networks, advancing natural language processing, and architecting intelligent systems that power next-generation platforms. Huanjin is recognized for blending technical excellence with product intuition. His leadership style fosters curiosity, innovation, and a relentless focus on solving complex problems with breakthrough solutions. Prior to joining Predactiv, Huanjin served as SVP of Engineering at Sysomos, as well as VP of Engineering at Threatmetrix and Become.com. Huanjin earned his PhD in Physics from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
